Kehinde Kenny Adebiyi, PhD, is a Senior business analyst, project manager, researcher and community leader with over a decade of experience supporting organizational growth, governance development, and equity-centred initiatives across nonprofit, public, and community-based sectors. She brings a strong background in strategic planning, grant development, operations, and community engagement, with a deep commitment to advancing inclusive programs that empower underserved and marginalized communities.

Kehinde holds a PhD in Ecology and Environmental Science, along with graduate and undergraduate degrees in science, providing her with a strong foundation in research, systems thinking, and evidence-based decision-making. Professionally, she works as a senior business systems analyst, leading complex initiatives focused on process improvement, digital transformation, and organizational effectiveness.

Kehinde is an active community volunteer and leader with extensive experience supporting organizations dedicated to social equity and community empowerment. Her community involvement includes service as a board member with Woezo Africa, Canada where she helps strengthen governance structures, clarify operational systems, and support stakeholder engagement, positioning the organization for long-term sustainability and growth. She is also a member of Alberta Black Stakeholders for Social Economic Collaborative (ABSSEC) and the Nigerian Alberta Connects Group, and long-standing service as Head of the Welfare Committee at her local church, where she supports programs serving families and communities. She is passionate about mentoring newcomers and underrepresented groups, supporting career development and leadership growth.

As a board member, Kehinde brings a collaborative, systems-oriented perspective and a strong commitment to social equity and inclusive development. She is deeply aligned with OFALD's mission to support individuals with autism and learning disabilities to thrive in an inclusive society that embraces their abilities, and to create pathways for empowerment through specialized healthcare, education, skills acquisition, and community awareness.
